冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦治疗高龄老年急性左心衰竭的临床研究被引量：43

摘要目的观察冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦治疗高龄老年急性左心衰竭的临床研究。方法选择2015年6月—2018年2月山西医科大学第二医院收治的高龄老年急性左心衰竭病人55例,随机分为A组和B组。所有病人均在诱因治疗基础上给予常规药物治疗,A组给予冻干重组人脑利钠肽治疗,B组给予冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦治疗。观察两组临床疗效、B型钠尿肽(BNP)及不良反应。结果治疗后,B组总有效率显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(89.29%与70.37%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组BNP低于治疗前,且B组低于A组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组6 min步行距离较治疗前增加,且B组长于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组24 h尿量、肾小球滤过率较治疗前提高,且B组高于A组(P<0.05);两组血清肌酐均降低,且B组低于A组(P<0.05)。结论冻干重组人脑利钠肽联合左西孟旦治疗高龄老年急性左心衰竭可提高病人临床疗效,改善心功能和肾功能,不良反应少。
