摘要
目的:研究类风灵验方对类风湿关节炎(RA)患者炎性相关因子水平和临床症状的影响。方法:将80例RA患者随机均分为两组,其中对照组(n=40)采用常规西药治疗,观察组(n=40)加用类风灵验方辅助治疗,疗程4周,3个疗程后比较两组疗效、临床症状以及炎性相关因子表达水平。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分均明显降低(P <0. 05),观察组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,临床有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,两组疼痛、肿胀关节数目以及晨僵时间均明显减少(P <0. 05),10 cm视觉模拟法(VAS)评分和28项关节活动度(DSA28)评分明显降低(P <0. 05),两组血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)均明显降低(P <0. 05),IL-4水平明显升高(P <0. 05),两组各项指标差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组治疗后SF-36评分明显升高(P <0. 05),且观察组SF-36评分明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论:类风灵验方辅助治疗RA可有效调节患者炎性相关因子表达水平,减轻临床症状,从而提高治疗效果,改善患者生活质量。
Objective: To study the effects of Leifeng Lingyan Prescription on the levels of inflammatory related factors and the clinical symptoms in patients with rheumatoid arthritis( RA). Methods: Eighty RA patients were randomly divided into two groups. Control group( n = 40) was treated with conventional western medicine and observation group( n = 40) was supplemented with Leifeng Lingyan Prescription,and the course of treatment was 4 weeks. After 3 courses of treatment,the efficacy,clinical symptoms,and expression levels of inflammatory related factors were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),and the TCM syndromes scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group while the clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the number of painful and swollen joints and the time of morning stiffness were significantly reduced in the two groups( P < 0. 05),and the 10 cm visual analogue scale( VAS) score and 28 items of joint disease activity score( DSA28) were significantly decreased( P < 0. 05),and the levels of erythrocyte sedimentation rate( ESR),C-reactive protein( CRP),rheumatoid factor( RF),tumor necrosis factor-α( TNF-α) and interleukin-6( IL-6) were all significantly decreased( P < 0. 05) while the level of IL-4 was significantly increased( P < 0. 05),and there were statistically significant differences in each index between the two groups( P < 0. 05). After treatment,the SF-36 score was significantly increased( P <0. 05),and the score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Leifeng Lingyan Prescription for RA can effectively regulate the expression levels of inflammatory related factors and reduce clinical symptoms,thereby improving the treatment effect and the quality of life.
