摘要
研究了光照、温度和湿度对婴幼儿配方奶粉中的影响性。结果表明,光照条件下,感官发生明显变化,维生素B1、叶黄素、碘发生明显的衰减;高温条件下,维生素A、维生素K1、叶黄素和碘发生明显的衰减;高湿条件下,吸湿增重发生明显的变化;婴幼儿配方奶粉在高温、光照、高湿条件下均发生明显的变化。
This paper studied the effects of light, temperature and humidity on infant formula. The results showed that under light conditions,the senses changed significantly, vitamin B1, lutein and iodine decreased significantly. Under high temperature conditions, vitamin A, vitamin K1, lutein and iodine decreased significantly. Under high humidity conditions, moisture absorption increased. Significant changes occurred in the weight; the infant formula changed significantly under high temperature, light and high humidity conditions.
