摘要
我国有着丰富的中医药材资源和丰富的中医药文化,这些都为中药保健食品研发生产提供了基础。中药保健食品是依据中医药理进行研发,将纯天然中医药材加入到食品、药品中制作而成,适当加工后能起到保健作用。而中药保健食品研发中生产工艺是重要环节,从生产工艺剂型选择,提取、分离、浓缩等工艺,工艺技术条件等方面探究其生产工艺。
China has abundant resources of traditional Chinese medicine and rich culture of traditional Chinese medicine,which provide a basis for the development and production of health food of traditional Chinese medicine.Chinese medicine health food is based on the pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine research and development,will be pure natural Chinese medicine into food,medicine,made,properly processed can play a health role.The production process is an important link in the research and development of Chinese medicine health food.This paper explores the production process from the selection of production process dosage forms,extraction,separation,concentration,process and technical conditions.
