摘要
高校青年教师作为教师队伍和教育事业的"生力军"和"主力军",其职业发展成为各界人士的关注热点。以223名高校青年教师为研究对象,分析社会资本、心理资本及其交互作用对职业成功的影响效应,弥补研究不足,试图为缓解职业困境提供新思路、新途径。结果表明:社会资本和心理资本及其交互作用均能显著正向影响客观职业成功中的发表论文、承担课题和主观职业成功。然而,与以往研究不同的是,仅有交互作用显著正向预测客观职业成功中的技术等级。
As a"fresh force"and"main force",the career development of young teachers at universities and colleges has become a hot topic in the academic circle.Taking 223 young teachers at universities and colleges as the research subjects,this paper analyzes the influential effect of social capital and psychological capital and their interaction on their career success,intending to make up for the gap of research and provide new ideas and new ways for alleviating career difficulties.The results show that both social capital and psychological capital and their interaction have significantly positive influence on the subjects'career success in terms of publishing papers,undertaking projects and subjective career.
