摘要 目的建立红外光谱法快速鉴别大黄不同炮制品配方颗粒的方法。方法采用红外光谱结合二阶导数光谱及二维相关光谱法分析不同炮制品配方颗粒光谱特征。结果二阶导数光谱在1200~1800/cm范围内差异较大,二维相关光谱图差异明显。结论通过比较不同炮制品红外光谱图、二阶导数光谱图及二维相关光谱图,可以准确、快速鉴别大黄不同炮制品配方颗粒。 OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid FTIR method for identifying of different processed products of Rhubarb Formula Granules.METHODS Different processed products of Rhubarb Formula Granules were researched by infrared、second derivative spectra and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy.RESULTS In second derivative spectra,the intensity,shape and position of the peaks were different in the range of 1200~1800/cm,Two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy were obvious difference.CONCLUSION By comparing the infrared spectra、second derivative spectra and two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy of different processed products,It can be identified rapidly and accurately of different processed products of Rhubarb Formula Granules.
