摘要
针对氧化锌压敏电阻在8/20μs电流波冲击下的老化、劣化问题,采用8/20μs对压敏电阻多个参数进行冲击试验,进行氧化锌压敏电阻劣化的理论分析。分析得出,当压敏电压值大于其初始值±8.6%、漏电流的值大于17.2μA时,非线性系数,的值减小到12-11或变化率达到68%左右。残压比K的变化率超过8.5%时,可以认为该试验样品已经劣化。该研究结果在生产氧化锌压敏片或测试其性能以及日常使用MOV型SPD时都具有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the aging deterioration problem of zinc oxide varistor under the impact of 8/20 μs current wave, the theoretical analysis of the variation of zinc oxide varistor was carried out, using 8/20 μs impact test on varistor. The value of the nonlinear coefficient decreases to 12 to 11 or the change rate reaches 68% when the value of the leakage current is greater than 17. 2μA and the value of the varistor voltage is greater than its initial value of ±8.6%. When the rate of change of the residual pressure ratio exceeds 8.5%, it can be considered that the test sample has deteriorated. The results of the study have a certain reference value in the production of zinc oxide varistor or testing its performance and daily use of MOV SPD.
