摘要
为了研究丙酸铬对热应激期间泌乳牛生产性能的影响,选择54头泌乳天数、产奶量、胎次相近的泌乳牛,随机分为3组,每组18头,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组分别在基础日粮中添加10和20 g/d丙酸铬。结果:添加丙酸铬可以显著降低乳中体细胞数(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组产奶量比对照组分别提高2.60和1.32 kg/d,但差异不显著(P>0.05),乳脂、乳蛋白、尿素氮均无显著差异(P>0.05)。试验表明,夏季热应激期间,在日粮中添加丙酸铬有提高产奶量的趋势,有助于减少乳房炎的发病率、降低乳中体细胞数、改善乳房健康状况。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of chromium propionate on the performance of lactating cows under heat stress.Fifty-four lactating cows with similar lactation days,milk yield and parity were used and randomly divided into three groups,with 18 cows in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet.The experimental group I was fed with basic diet + 10 g/d chromium propionate,and the experimental group II was fed with basic diet + 20 g/d chromium propionate.The results showed that addition of chromium propionate to the diet significantly reduced the number of somatic cells in milk(P<0.05).The milk yields of Groups I and II were 2.60 kg/d and 1.32 kg/d higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in the contents of fat,protein and urea nitrogen in milk(P>0.05).To conclude,addition of chromium propionate to the diet during summer heat stress tended to increase milk production,reduce the number of somatic cells in milk and improve the health status of the breasts of dairy cows.
