摘要
骨肉瘤是一种常见于青少年的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,具有极高的转移性、侵袭性、致死性。骨肉瘤的早期诊断与治疗一直是骨科领域的一个研究热点。但目前对于骨肉瘤不良预后相关基因的研究不够透彻,以至于骨肉瘤患者的生存改善情况一直维系在一个瓶颈期。本文将对目前骨肉瘤不良预后相关基因的研究进展作一综述,以期为骨肉瘤早期诊断与治疗的进一步研究提供一定的基础资料,以改善骨肉瘤患者的不良预后。
Osteosarcoma is a common malignant bone tumor in adolescents. It has extremely metastasis, invasion and mortality. The early diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma has been a research hotspot. However, related genes of poor prognosis of osteosarcoma are still unclear in present, and the survival improvement of osteosarcoma patients has maintained in a bottleneck period. In order to provide baseline data for the early diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma, we summarized genes related to poor prognosis of osteosarcoma.
