摘要
采用常规和SHRP等检测手段研究SBS掺量对改性沥青性能影响,并对表征改性沥青高温性能、低温性能的评价指标进行相关性研究。研究结果表明:随着SBS掺量增加,改性沥青常规性能、高温性能、低温性能均得以提高;改性沥青软化点、60℃动力黏度和高温临界温度在表征改性沥青高温性能方面具有良好的相关性,且软化点与高温临界温度的相关性优于60℃动力黏度;5℃延度、烘后延度和低温临界温度在表征改性沥青低温性能方面具有良好的相关性,且5℃延度与低温临界温度的相关性优于烘后延度。
The effects of SBS addition amount on the performance of modified asphalt were studied by conventional property evaluation methods and SHRP methods.The correlation between the high temperature performance and low temperature performance of the modified asphalt was studied.The results show that with the increase of SBS addition amount,the conventional performance,high temperature performance and low temperature performance of modified asphalt are improved.The softening point,dynamic viscosity at 60℃ and high critical temperature have good correlation in characterizing the high temperature performance of modified asphalt.The correlation between softening point and high critical temperature is better than dynamic viscosity at 60℃;The ductility at 5℃,post-aging ductility and low critical temperature have a good correlation in characterizing the low temperature performance of modified asphalt,and the correlation between the ductility at 5℃ and low critical temperature is better than post-aging ductility.
