摘要
采用熔融沉积成型技术,研究了不同打印平面和打印角度对成型试样力学性能的影响。以聚乳酸(PLA)耗材为打印原料,用Makerbot打印机分别以试样局部坐标系下的xy和yz平面作为打印平面,改变试样的摆放角度,制备了多组成型试样,测试并分析了其力学性能。结果表明:与打印角度相比,打印平面对试样力学性能的影响更大;以yz平面为打印平面,试样的力学性能更高;在各组试样中,以yz平面为打印平面、以45°为打印角度时试样的力学性能最佳;以xy平面为打印平面时试样的力学性能符合材料力学中的单层板刚度和强度理论,该理论可以用来指导实际的制备生产。
The effects of different printing planes and angles on the mechanical properties of plastic specimens were investigated by Fused Deposition Molding(FDM).The xy plane and yz plane in the local coordinate system of the specimen were used as the printing planes,and the multigroup specimens were manufactured by changing the placement angles of the specimens through Makerbot printer,with PLA consumables as printing materials.And the mechanical properties of the specimens are tested and analyzed.The results show that compared with the printing angle,the effect of the printing plane on the mechanical properties of the samples is greater.The mechanical properties of the samples are higher when the yz plane is used as the printing plane,and the mechanical properties of the samples are the best when the yz plane is used as the printing plane and the printing angle is 45°.When the xy plane is used as the printing plane,the mechanical properties of the sample conform to the stiffness and strength theory of the single-layer plate in material mechanics,which can be used to guide the actual preparation and production.
