摘要
结合理论研究和工程借鉴方法,针对浅埋深中厚煤层综采工作面支护强度的确定,进行了了浅埋中厚煤层条件下综采工作面的液压支架选型,并通过现场矿压实测,得出了矿山压力的显现规律。研究表明:综采工作面最大和最小周期来压步距分别为13.89 m与9.84 m,平均约为11.5 m,在周期来压的过程中,工作面中部来压特征较为明显,影响距离3~4 m。工作面液压支架的平均初始支撑力可达到额定初始支撑力的80%,基本满足设计的要求。研究成果可为类似条件工作面安全高效开采提供了参考。
Aiming at the selection of mining equipment for medium-thickness coal seam under conventional mining conditions,the hydraulic support selection of working face under the condition of shallow buried medium-thickness coal seam is determined by combining theoretical calculation with engineering analogy.At the same time,the law of mine pressure behavior is analyzed by measuring the field mine pressure.The results show that the minimum step distance of periodic pressure in working face is 9.84 m,the maximum is 13.89 m,and the average is about 11.5 m.The characteristic of periodic pressure in the middle of the working face is obvious,and the influence distance is 3~4 m.The average initial support forcecan accounts for about 80 percent of the rated initial bracing force,which can meet the design requirements.The research results provide useful reference for safe mining of similar working face.
