基于FPGA+单片机的示波器校准仪通信命令传输系统

摘要 为了研制国产示波器校准仪,简化模拟电路板设计,实现上位机对模拟电路的控制,设计基于现场可编程门阵列+单片机的示波器校准仪通信命令传输系统。在单片机中实现读写中断、串并转换模块,在FPGA中生成模拟电路芯片需要的所有直流、方波、正弦波的控制信号,利用上位机软件通过RS232串口对系统进行控制并显示结果,采用该架构数字处理系统的示波器校准仪可以输出满足技术指标要求的直流信号、方波信号、正弦波信号、时基信号、快沿脉冲信号,并具有阻抗测量功能。 In order to develop domestic oscilloscope calibration instrument,simplify analog circuit design and realize the control of upper computer to analog circuit,this article presents the telecommunication transmission system of the oscilloscope calibrator based on FPGA and MCU. The read and write interrupt module and serial-to-parallel module are realized in MCU. The control signals that analog chips needed are generated in FPGA. The upper computer software is used to control the system. The result shows that the domestic oscilloscope calibration instrument using this telecommunication transmission system can output DCsignal,square signal,sinusoidal signal,time-base signal and fast rising time signal that meet the technical specifications, it can also measure the impedance of oscilloscope.
