摘要 六角网机在工作过程中常发生较大振动及噪声,对其工作性能和工作环境造成较大影响。为分析振动及噪声产生的原因,采用三维建模软件SolidWorks对六角网机传动系统进行建模,并采用Workbench和ADAMS对其进行模态、动力学分析。理论与仿真数据对比发现:传动系统的振动和噪声主要由轮齿啮合冲击和内部刚度激励造成;当六角网机激励频率达到2 686.2Hz及以上时,传动系统会出现共振现象,这为六角网机传动系统的设计、优化、故障诊断及齿轮研究提供了理论基础。 The hexagonal net machine often has large vibration and noise under the working condition,which has a negative impact on the working environment of the staff and the working performance of the hexagonal net machine.In order to analyze the cause of vibration and noise,the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks was used to model the hexagonal network drive system.The modal and dynamic analysis were performed by Workbench and ADAMS.By comparing the theoretical and simulation data,it is found that the vibration and noise of the transmission system are mainly caused by the impact of the gear teeth and internal stiffness excitation.When the excitation frequency of the hexagonal net machine reaches a certain frequency of 2 686.2 Hz and above,resonance phenomenon will be happened in the transmission system.Conclusions would provide the theoretical basis of the design,optimization,fault diagnosis and gear research for the transmission system.
