摘要
本文阐述了目前上海市宝山区危险废物产生的行业、种类、现状,处置存在的困难和产生的原因,并提出了相应建议:即落实危险废物管理计划备案制度,加强危险废物管理从业人员培训,优化危险废物贮存场所及容器,危险废物减量化及资源化,增加危险废物持证许可单位处置能力,从而进一步促进上海市宝山区危险废物处置利用行业健康发展。
The current industry, types and current status of hazardous wastes in Baoshan District, Shanghai are described. Disposal difficulties and causes. Put forward corresponding proposals to implement the hazardous waste management plan filing system, strengthen the training of hazardous waste management practitioners, optimize the storage sites and containers of hazardous wastes, reduce and recycle hazardous wastes, and increase the disposal capacity of hazardous waste permitting units. Promote the healthy development of the hazardous waste disposal and utilization industry in Baoshan District,Shanghai.
