摘要
近年来,随着土壤污染治理顶层设计的支持与细则持续落地,工业企业场地再开发利用迎来了爆发性增长,但污染场地修复后建设期的环境监理案例鲜有报道。本文通过对某修复后场地房地产开发项目建设期环境监理案例进行分析,总结其中所遇到的问题及案例特点,为有机污染场地修复后建设期的环境监理工作提供借鉴。
In recent years, with the support of the top-level design for the soil pollution control and the continuous implementation of the detailed rules, the redevelopment of the industrial enterprise site has been experiencing explosive growth. But the environmental supervision cases are rarely reported in the construction period after the remediation of the contaminated site. The study summarizes the characteristics and problems of an environmental supervision case for the real estate project in the construction period after the remediation of the contaminated site, providing reference for the environmental supervision in the construction period after the remediation of organic contaminated site.
