摘要
目的对可疑D-二聚体高浓度样本直接预稀释行免疫比浊法测定,探讨其临床应用价值。方法分别收集银川市第一人民医院2015年5月份D-二聚体样本(常规测定)和6月份D-二聚体样本(可疑科室预稀释测定,其他科室行常规测定),比较复检情况。结果 2015年5月行免疫比浊法常规测定1989份D-二聚体样本,有206份高浓度样本进行预稀释复检,样本在ICU、骨科、血管外科所占比例较高(18%、17%、14%),被列为可疑科室。2015年6月测定2164份D-二聚体样本,复检87份,复检率(4.02%)低于同年5月(10.36%)(χ~2=63.6093,P=0.0000)。结论 D-二聚体高浓度样本直接预稀释行免疫比浊法测定,可以降低复检率,提高工作效率,节省检测成本,对临床工作有一定应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of immunoturbidimetry for direct predilution of suspected D-dimer.Methods The samples of D-dimer(routine determination)and June(pre-dilution determination in suspicious departments and routine determination in other departments)in May 2015 and June 2015 in our hospital were collected respectively,and the results of re-examination were compared.Results 1989 D-dimer samples were measured by immunoturbidimetric assay in May 2015,206 high-concentration samples for pre-dilution reexamination in ICU,orthopedics,vascular surgery accounted for a high percentage(18%,17%,14%)and was classified as suspicious.In June 2015,2164 D-dimer samples were tested and 87 were re-examined,with a re-examination rate(4.02%)was lower than that in May of the same year(10.36%)(χ^2=63.6093,P=0.0000).Conclusion Immunoturbidimetry with direct predilution of high concentration samples of D-dimer can reduce the rate of repeated detection,improve the efficiency,save the cost of detection,and have an important application value in clinical work.
