微创治疗外髁劈裂塌陷型胫骨平台骨折合并膝内侧副韧带损伤 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨微创手术治疗外髁劈裂塌陷型胫骨平台骨折合并膝内侧副韧带(MCL)损伤的疗效。方法选择2014年1月至2018年6月上海中医药大学附属曙光医院骨科及陆良县人民医院骨科收治的35例SchatzkerⅡ型胫骨平台骨折合并膝内侧副韧带Ⅱ度或Ⅲ度损伤患者,采用MIPPO技术复位固定胫骨外侧平台骨折,锚钉固定膝内侧副韧带损伤,评价其疗效。结果所有患者术后均获得随访,切口均一期愈合。骨折均愈合,愈合时间12~20周,平均16周。Lysholm标准评定示优20例,良10例,可3例,差2例,优良率85. 7%。结论微创手术治疗外髁劈裂塌陷型胫骨平台骨折合并膝内侧副韧带损伤效果明显,预后良好。 Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery on patients with fracture of tibial plateau fracture combined with medial collateral ligament injury of the knee. Methods A total of 35 patients of Schatzker type Ⅱ tibial plateau fractures with medial collateral ligament Ⅱ degree or Ⅲ degree injury were treated with MIPPO technique to reduct and fix the tibial plateau fractures. The anchor was used to repair the injury of medial collateral ligament. Results All patients were followed up and all incisions were healed. All fractures were healed. The healing time was 12 to 20 weeks,with average time of 16 weeks. Lysholm standard evaluation showed excellent in 20 cases,good in 10 cases,fair in 3 cases,poor in 2 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 85. 7%. Conclusion The effect of minimally invasive surgery for the fracture of the lateral condyle of the tibial plateau fracture with medial collateral ligament injury of the knee was obvious,with good prognosis.
