摘要
针对上海轨道交通03A01型列车15年架修阶段的轴箱弹簧发生疲劳断裂现象,采用化学元素分析、金相检验、硬度测试和断口扫描电镜等测试方法,综合分析了导致弹簧断裂失效的原因。运用磁粉检测识别检修阶段的弹簧表面缺陷,防止弹簧装车后发生断裂失效。
Focusing on the fatigue fracture of axle-box spring during the 15-year overhaul of Shanghai metro 03 A01 type trains, causes of the primary spring fatigue fracture are comprehensively analyzed by using methods of chemical element analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing and fracture scanning electron microscopy testing. Finally, magnetic particle testing method is used to identify the spring surface defects during the maintenance phase, in order to prevent the spring fatigue fracture after loading.
