高校“水课”评价论析 被引量:21

摘要 淘汰"水课"、打造"金课"已经成为政府、高校等各界的共识,但是,如何对"水课"进行有效评价仍是难点。针对目前高校存在的教师能力"水"、教学内容"水"、教学方法"水"和教学考核"水"等现象,从评价体系的角度分析了"水课"的评价主体、客体、目的、标准、方法和制度等具体评价要素;同时,基于"第四代评价"理论,探讨了高校"水课"的实践评价策略,具体包括关注多元化评价主体,协调"水课"的各方价值需求;建立差异化评价标准,对"水课"实施分级分类评价;运用综合性评价方法,重视对"水课"进行质性评价;突出发展性评价目的,发挥"水课"评价的改进功能等。 It is widely acknowledged by the government,colleges and universities that"water courses"should be eliminated to launch more"golden courses".However,it is quite difficult to evaluate whether a course is"water course"or not.From the perspective of evaluation system,this paper analyzes the main factors in evaluating"water course"which is generally labeled as lousy in terms of teaching competence,teaching content,teaching method and course assessment.Based on the theory of Fourth Generation Evaluation,the paper probes into the evaluation strategies of"water courses",which include the consideration of diversified evaluation subjects to coordinate the value needs of all parties of"water courses",the establishment of the differential evaluation standards to implement multilevel and classified assessment,the application of comprehensive evaluation to assess the quality of"water courses"as well as the highlighting of the purpose of development evaluation to bring the evaluation into full play.
