摘要
总结编辑工作中发现的疑似代写代投稿件的信息特征,从作者、编辑、审稿专家、专业知识平台与搜索引擎等多方面进行甄别,探讨科技期刊中介稿件的识别方法并提出防范策略。为此提出通过升级投稿系统有效拦截代投稿件、初审前核实作者的基本信息、编辑过程请作者提供原始病例资料、充分利用网络资源和学术不端检测系统进行深度排查、根据专家评审意见识别代写稿件、建立更规范的工作流程、掌握证据投诉中介公司等方式,采取有力措施识别和防范中介稿件,从而降低刊文风险,不断净化学术环境。
The information characteristics of suspiciously ghost articles found in the editorial work are summarized and identified from authors, editors, reviewers, professional knowledge platforms and search engines. The identification methods of ghost articles in sci-tech periodicals are discussed, and prevention strategies are proposed. The paper proposes some strategies to identify and prevent the ghost articles, including upgrading contribution system to intercept the ghost articles, verifying the author’s basic information before the initial review, requesting the author to provide original case data during the editing process, using network resources and academic misconduct detection systems for in-depth investigation, identifying ghost articles based on expert review opinions, establishing a better work process, and mastering the evidence for complaining the ghost agency. The effective measures are taken to reduce the risk of publication and purify the academic environment.
