摘要
液压启闭机相对于其他启闭机设备具有施工方便、结构简单、维修容易以及运行管理简便等特点,在防洪排涝、水电站、航运船闸以及水利枢纽等工程中具有广泛的应用价值。结合某闸门失效事故案例,详细分析了液压启闭机的工作原理和失效原因,并在此基础上给出了相应的技术改进方案,取得了良好的效果。
Compared with other hoist equipment,hydraulic hoist has the characteristics of convenient construction,simple structure,easy maintenance and easy operation and management,etc.,and has wide application value in flood control and drainage,hydropower station,navigation lock and water control project. Based on the case of a gate failure accident,the working principle and failure reasons of hydraulic hoist are analyzed in detail,and the corresponding technical improvement scheme is given on this basis,and good results are obtained.
