摘要
构皮滩升船机工程由三级升船机组成,其中第一、三级升船机是目前国内外已建或在建的规模最大的下水式垂直升船机,其主提升机提升力位居国内乃至世界上所有垂直升船机之首;第二级升船机为国内乃至世界上单级提升高度最大的垂直升船机。对构皮滩三级升船机金属结构、机械设备的总体设计方案做了系统介绍,并简要总结了设计中的几个关键技术问题,包括平衡重重量确定、大型减速器研发、船厢纵倾稳定性试验等。研究成果可为同类型升船机的设计提供有益借鉴。
The ship-lift of Goupitan Hydropower Project consists of three-stage ship-lifts. The first and the third stage ship-lifts are the largest submersible vertical ship-lift built or under construction at home and abroad. The lifting power of the main hoist is the largest in China and even in the world; The hoisting height of the second-stage ship-lift is the highest in China and even in the world. The general design scheme of metal structure and mechanical equipment of the three-stage ship-lifts is systematically introduced, and the key technical problems in design process are briefly introduced, including the determination of balance weight, the development of large-scale reducer, the trim stability in ship chamber, etc. The research results can provide a useful reference for the design of the same type of ship lift.
