摘要
为提高落地式摩擦提升机更换钢丝绳效率,针对传统换绳工艺进行了分析。研究、采用了一种专用换绳车与双码择绳调换智能保护装置相互配合的新型换绳工艺,与传统换绳工艺相比,新型换绳工艺大大降低了施工时间,节约了人力和物力,大大提高了效率。
In order to improve the efficiency of replacing wire rope for floor friction hoist,the traditional rope changing technology was analyzed. Studied and adopted a new rope changing technology which is matched by a special rope changing car, double code rope selecting and changing intelligent protection device. Compared with the traditional rope changing technology, the new rope changing technology greatly reduces the construction time, saves manpower and material resources, and greatly improves the efficiency.
