“317护”微信健康教育助手在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中应用的效果评价 被引量:22

摘要 目的评价"317护"微信健康教育助手应用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者健康教育中的效果。方法选取2017年9月-2018年9月我科收治的稳定期老年COPD患者80例作为研究对象,将患者按奇偶顺序分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用传统的宣教方式给予老年COPD患者健康教育,观察组采用"317护"微信助手进行健康教育。观察两组患者焦虑(SAS)程度、对疾病知晓情况及满意度。结果观察组SAS评分为(44.69±6.29)分,明显低于对照组(54.50±7.34)分(P<0.001);入院时,两组患者对COPD疾病知晓程度比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.727,P=0.469);护理干预后,两组患者不同时间点的知晓率得分存在组间差异(F=15.722,P<0.001),时间差异(F=83.065,P<0.001),时间和组间之间存在交互作用(F=5243.342,P<0.001),其中观察组的得分情况在入院后1周以及出院时较对照组高,患者住院期间,观察组的满意度为97.5%,对照组的满意度为85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用"317护"微信健康教育助手对老年COPD患者实施健康教育,可减轻患者焦虑,增加患者对疾病的认知,提高患者的满意度。 Objective To evaluate the effect of "317 nursing" WeChat health education assistant in health education for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 80 senile stable elderly patients with COPD from September 2017 to September 2018 in our department were selected and divided into observation group and control group by the odd-even order, 40 cases in each group. Patients in control group were adopt the traditional education method for elderly patients with COPD health education. Patients in observation group was given health education by "317 nursing" Wechat assistants. Results Zung anxiety self-rating scale (SAS) in the observation group was (44.69±6.29) points. It's significantly lower than that of in the control group (54.50±7.34) points ( P <0.001). At admission, there was no statistically significant difference in the awareness of COPD between the two groups (t=0.727,P= 0.469). After nursing intervention, there were differences in the awareness rate scores between the two groups at different time points ( F=15.722,P <0.001). Time difference ( F=83.065,P <0.001), time and interaction between groups ( F=5243.342,P <0.001), in which the score of observation group was higher than that of control group one week after admission and at discharge. During hospitalization, the satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%, the control group was 85.0%. There was significant difference ( P <0.05). Conclusion Using "317 nursing" WeChat healthy education assistant to carry out healthy education for elderly COPD patients can alleviate patients' anxiety, increase patients' cognition of the disease, and improve patients' satisfaction, which is a relatively satisfactory healthy education method.
