摘要
目的:采用一测多评法同时测定维药槌果藤中芦丁和山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的含量,并验证该方法的适用性。方法:采用HPLC法,以芦丁为内参物,建立山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的相对校正因子,分别采用一测多评法和外标法对14批维药槌果藤中的2个黄酮醇苷类成分进行测定。结果:14批槌果藤中芦丁和山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷的含量可以用一测多评法进行测定,山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷含量的计算值与实测值间无显著差异。结论:本研究所建立的一测多评法稳定、准确,可用于槌果藤中2个黄酮醇苷类成分的质量控制。
Objective: It was to develop a method for simultaneously determining rutin and kaempferol-3-O-rutoside in Uygur medicine Capparis spinosa L. by QAMS and verify the applicability of this method. Method: Rutin was used as the marker to calculate the relative correction factor(RCF) for kaempferol-3-O-rutoside by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Both QAMS method and external standard method(ESM) were performed to determine the two falconoid glycosides in 14 batches of Capparis spinosa L. Results: Contents of rutin and kaempferol-3-O-rutoside in 14 batches of Capparis spinosa L. could be determined by QAMS method and no siginificant differences between the quantitative results of QAMS method and external standard method were observed. Conclusion: The established QAMS method is reliable and feasible for simultaneous analysis of two falconoid glycosides and could be used for quality control of Capparis spinosa L..
