摘要
按照GB 5009.36—2016《食品安全国家标准食品中氰化物的测定》,采用该标准第一法紫外分光光度法进行氰化物含量的检测,对整个测量过程的不确定度来源进行分析讨论,找出影响该过程的不确定度来源主要因素,并对不确定度来源进行详细的评定,分析得出对氰化物含量检测的标准不确定度。
According to national standard GB 5009.36-2016, ultraviolet spectrophotometric method was applied to determine cyanide content in edible alcohol. The uncertainties sources in the whole determination process were analyzed, then the main factors influencing the uncertainty source were put forward, and the detailed assessment of uncertainty source was performed, finally the standard uncertainties were obtained.
