本煤层瓦斯抽采钻孔注浆封孔工艺优化应用 被引量:4

摘要 针对云冈煤矿2163首采工作面瓦斯涌出量大的问题,通过在运输巷施工上行本煤层钻孔,采用新型材料KYF,按照“两堵一注”工艺进行注浆封孔,并对注浆长度及抽采半径进行测定,得出注浆长度为24m时,超出巷道围岩松动圈范围,有效封堵裂隙;在特定负压下,钻孔抽采半径为4m,钻孔间距为8m时能有效利用矿井瓦斯抽采能力;新型材料KYF注浆钻孔中,抽采主管能长时间维持高浓度瓦斯不变,效果显著。 Aiming at the problem of large amount gas in 2163 first mining face of Yungang Colliery, through drilling in this layer in the construction of transport roadway, the grouting technology of "two blockages and one injection" is carried out with new material KYF, and the grouting length and drainage radius are accurately determined: when the grouting length is 24 meters, it goes beyond the scope of the loosening zone of the surrounding rock of the roadway to effectively seal the cracks;under specific negative pressure, the mine drainage capacity can be effectively utilized when the drilling hole drainage radius is 4m and the drilling hole spacing is 8m;in the new material KYF grouting borehole, the gas concentration of main drainage pipe remains unchanged.
