摘要
液压站的电磁阀卡阻、油液污染等会造成矿井提升机电控制动装置失灵,引起提升机无法正常制动,为了解决该类问题,设计一种手动回油系统机械装置并联在液压系统中。如果电控制动装置失灵,司机搬动手动回油阀,可以执行井口一级制动或井中二级制动,实现提升机安全制动。对设计的手动回油系统建立仿真模型,仿真分析该系统的制动过程,验证该系统制动过程的可行性和有效性。
The solenoid valve was stuck and the oil was polluted in the hydraulic station,which causes the electric control brake device to fail.The mine hoist cannot brake normally.In order to solve this problem,a manual oil return system,a safety mechanical device,was designed in parallel with the hydraulic system.If the electric control brake device fails,the driver can push the manual return valve to perform the first-stage braking in the wellheador second-stage braking in the well that can make the mine hoist brake safely.A simulation model was established for the designed manual oil return system,and the braking process of the oil return system was simulated and analyzed to verify that the braking process of the system was feasible and effective.
