摘要
针对带式输送机中周期运动部件与输送带之间的相互影响问题,利用输送带动特性综合试验装置,设计了输送带竖向位移观测试验,揭示了各种周期运动部件在不同带速下导致的输送带共振现象,明确了多种周期运动部件会对输送带的运行平稳性产生影响。
To show the interaction between periodic rotation components and conveyor belt of a belt conveyor,taking use of the integrated experimental platform for dynamic behaviors of conveyor belt,a observable experiment on the belt's transverse displacement was designed.It was found that some type of periodically rotating components with different speed can cause the resonance of the belt and this will damage the smoothness of a running belt at a specific speed.
