摘要
壳体类零件是组成机器或部件的主要零件,主要起到支承和包容其他零件的作用。针对某减速器壳体零件的结构特点,详细分析了壳体零件的技术要求、加工设备选择、加工方法确定、以及工艺路线制定,并在此基础上设计了其中一道工序所用的铣夹具,该夹具结构简单、定位准确,能大大提高零件加工效率。实践表明,该工艺能大大缩短零件加工时间,保证产品质量,具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。
Shell parts are the main parts of the machine or parts, mainly play the role of supporting and containing other parts. Based on the structural feature of reducer shell parts, shell parts were analyzed in details regarding the technical requirements, selection and processing methods, processing equipment and technology. On this basis designed the milling fixture of a procedure and the design of fixture structure are simple, accurate positioned, can greatly improve the efficiency of parts processing. The practice shows that this technology can greatly shorten the processing time of parts and ensure the quality of products, and has certain reference value.
