摘要
针对原东欢坨副井西门子交交变频存在的不足,采用双三电平变频器+兆瓦级电励磁同步电动机+全数字控制系统+多PLC网络控制+上位机数据监控+远程故障诊断的方案对系统进行优化改造。设计了基于自抗扰控制的速度控制器,提高了提升机抗转矩扰动能力,减小转速超调,增强提升机运行平稳性。现场运行结果表明,该改造工程性能优越,可靠性高。
Aiming at the shortcomings of Siemens alternating frequency converter in the former Donghuantuo auxiliary well, the system was optimized by adopting the scheme of double three-level converter+megawatt-level electric excitation synchronous motor + full digital control system+multi-PLC network control +host computer data monitoring +remote fault diagnosis. A speed controller based on ADRC was designed, which improves the anti-torque disturbance ability of the hoist, reduces the speed overshoot and enhances the stability of the hoist. Field operation results show that the retrofitting project has superior performance and high reliability.
