摘要
针对液压控制系统调节速度慢、带式输送机负载具有时变性、双机驱动控制中两电机相互影响的问题,提出了对带式输送机张紧力进行前馈控制的RBF网络模型。该模型利用电机电流、输送带负载、张紧力三者之间的强相关性,通过预测未来流经电机的电流值变化趋势,来预测未来的负载变化趋势,进而计算带式输送机需要的张紧力大小。实验仿真表明,该模型的预测精度超过了BP网络、支持向量机等预测方式,为带式输送机液压系统的前馈控制提供了有效的预调节值。
Aiming at the problems of slow adjustment speed of the hydraulic control system,time-varying load of the belt conveyor and mutual influence of the two motors in the double-machine drive control,an RBF network model for feedforward control of the belt conveyor tensioning force was proposed. This model makes use of the strong correlation among motor current, belt load and tensioning force. By predicting the change trend of current value flowing through the motor in the future and predicting the change trend of load in the future,further calculated the tensioning force required by the belt conveyor. Experimental simulation show that the prediction accuracy of the model exceeds the BP network,support vector machine and other prediction methods,and provides an effective pre-adjustment value for the feedforward control of the belt conveyor hydraulic system.
