摘要
对我国体育社会组织发展历程进行了梳理,并"以重大历史节点"为依据将其划分为4个阶段。结合不同历史阶段社会主要矛盾的分析,阐述了体育社会组织"促成国家建构、聚集体育资源、建设体育强国"等功能嬗变过程。研究认为,历史清楚地证明正是坚持党的领导,才实现了我国体育社会组织的繁荣与发展。继而从党的十九大做出的"中国特色社会主义进入了新时代"这一重大判断出发,阐述了我国体育社会组织新时代的使命:(1)公共服务方面,紧贴公共需求,推进体育公共服务均等化;(2)文化传播方面,弘扬体育文化,践行社会主义核心价值观;(3)国家战略方面,引领健身时尚,增强健康中国建设新动能;(4)政治参与方面,凝聚改革共识,寻求体育诉求最大公约数。
History of the social organizations in China could be divided into four stages according to the major historical events. The main social contradictions at different stages demonstrated functional changes of the sports organizations underwent from first making contribution to the building of the nation, then gathering sports resources, and later building China into a nation powerful in sports. History clearly proves that the upholding of leadership of the CPC has led to the prosperity and development of sports social organizations. The major political determination that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era announced at19th CPC National Congress means that the mission of the of the sports social organizations should push forward sports public service equalization based on the people’s needs. They should promote sports culture and practice socialist core values. They should guide fitness building and promote the building of healthy China. They should focus on reform concensus so that interests of all parties could be met on the basis of seeking common grounds while reserving differences.
