摘要 作为一座主要反映湖南区域文明的大型历史艺术及展示、传承湖湘历史和文化重要窗口的湖南省博物馆,担负着传播文化职责重任。文章基于互联网背景服务设计理念,以湖南省博物馆为案例研究对象,就博物馆文创产品的发展现状与趋势,运用服务设计的方法,从用户体验和用户需求的角度出发,探寻博物馆文创产业目前存在问题及解决对策,提出建设移动端应用"数字化博物馆及博物馆文创个性定制服务"的构想与实践,同时为传统博物馆在新时代的转型提供新的研究思路,为文化遗产的继承与发展提供新路径。 As a major historical art and exhibition that reflects the civilization of Hunan Province, the Hunan Provincial Museum, which is the important window for the history and culture of Hunan, bears the responsibility of spreading cultural responsibilities. Based on the concept of Internet background service design, the article takes the Hunan Provincial Museum as the case study example, explores the current status quo and trends of the museum's cultural and creative products, and uses the service design method to explore the museum's cultural and creative industries from the perspective of user experience and user needs. It propose problems and solutions of museum creative and cultural products, and it bring up the concept and practice of building a mobile app include "digital museum and museum cultural and creative personality customization service". At the same time, it provides new research ideas for the transformation of traditional museums in the new era, and provides the New path of inheritance and development of cultural heritage.
