摘要
大力发展战略性新兴产业是促进现代经济转型发展、带动城镇化建设的有效手段。安徽省以战略性新兴产业为主体,以集群发展为方式,以城镇化建设为道路,形成三大产业相互促进、协调发展、绿色集约的综合体系。在新兴产业发展过程中,主动借助产业转移,构筑具有区位优势的创新产业集群,规模化打造核心产业链,以战略高度有序推进城镇化建设和经济发展。
It is an effective means to promote modern economic restructure and urbanization to expand strategic emerging industries vigorously. With strategic emerging industries as the developing body, through urbanization construction, a comprehensive industrial system in which three main industries can promote development with one another in a green, coordinated and clustered way has come into being. During the development of emerging industries, it is necessary to actively construct an innovative industrial cluster with regional advantages by use of industrial transition and forge a full-scale core industrial chain so as to strategically propel urbanization and economic development in a well-organized way.
