摘要
介绍了川威轧钢厂φ12mm规格热轧带肋钢筋五切分轧制技术的研发,对孔型设计原理,包括孔型系统的选择、工艺的设计、生产过程中常见的技术难点及解决措施进行了阐述。五切分轧制工艺技术的成功应用,提高了小规格螺纹钢筋的产能,同时吨钢综合能耗也得到降低,大幅度降低了生产成本,增强了产品的市场竞争力。
This paper introduces the research and development of five-slitting rolling technology for the hot rolled ribbed bar of the steel mill of No.12mm of chuanwei rolling mill. The successful application of five-slitting rolling technology has improved the production capacity of small size threaded steel bar, and reduced the comprehensive energy consumption of tonnage steel, greatly reduced the production cost and enhanced the market competitiveness of the product.
