摘要
目前在工业企业的多数设备中都涉及到温度控制问题,温度自动调控的好坏直接影响到产品的质量和企业的效益.而在实际生产中,因温度被控组件特性不同,造成温度控制精度低,调节时间长等问题.为此本文提出了一种较好的温度控制系统,它以单片机AT89C52为核心,引入负反馈校正网络,采用PID算法来控制,结合温度传感器、A/D转换电路、数码管显示等硬件电路,最终可以实现对温度的自动控制调节,且该系统具有电路设计简单、精度高等优点.
At present, temperature control is involved in most equipment of industrial enterprises, and the quality of automatic temperature control directly affects the quality of the producer and the benefit of the enterprise. In the actual production, because of the different characteristics of temperature-controlled components, the temperature control accuracy is low and the adjustment time is long. In this paper, a better temperature control system is introduced, which takes AT89C52 as the core, introduces negative feedback correction network, adopts PID algorithm to control, combines temperature sensor, A/D conversion circuit, digital tube display and other hardware circuits, and finally realizes automatic temperature control. The system has the advantages of simple circuit design and high precision.
