New energy vehicle lightweight technology route and application strategy

摘要 整车轻量化技术对于整个汽车产业节能减排、满足国家法规和可持续发展都有着重要意义。汽车轻量化技术涉及汽车材料技术、设计开发技术、工艺制造技术等多个学科,需要多产业的联合突破。文章研究新能源汽车轻量化技术路线和发展方向,论证新能源汽车开展轻量化的战略意义以及轻量化技术路线,从技术层面分析了新能源汽车轻量化对整车性能的影响,总结新能源汽车轻量化技术路线和应用策略。 The vehicle lightweight technology is of great significance for the whole automobile industry to save energy, reduce emissions, meet national regulations and achieve sustainable development. Automotive lightweight technology involves many disciplines, such as automotive material technology, design and development technology, process manufacturing technology and so on. This paper studies the technical route and development direction of light weight of new energy vehicles, demonstrates the strategic significance and technical route of light weight of new energy vehicles, analyzes the impact of light weight of new energy vehicles on vehicle performance from the technical level, and summarizes the technical route and application strategy of light weight of new energy vehicles.
