摘要 随着科技的进步,社会的发展,能源紧张问题、大气污染问题日益突出,电动汽车在这样的大环境下应运而生。作为新的交通工具,电动汽车尤其独特的动力设备,动力电池是其动力源,驱动电机为其提供动力,整车控制系统控制车辆的安全运行与能量最优化处理。电机控制器、电动空调压缩机、DC/CD、驱动电机及PTC加热器均属于高压用电设备。高压线路及设备具有独特的故障特点,文章就高压设备的故障诊断与排除方法加以探究。 With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the problem of energy shortage and air pollution is becoming more and more prominent. As a new means of transportation, electric vehicles are especially unique power equipment. The power battery is its power source, and the driving motor provides power for it. The vehicle control system controls the safe operation and energy optimization of the vehicle. Motor controller, electric air conditioning compressor, DC/CD, drive motor and PTC heater are high voltage electrical equipment. High voltage lines and equipment have unique fault characteristics. This paper explores the fault diagnosis and elimination methods of high voltage equipment.
