摘要
目的探讨新生儿首次沐浴时间对体温及皮肤状况的影响效果。方法选取2017年8月至2018年9月于我院产科出生的新生儿600例作为研究对象,采用随机数字分组法将其等分成A组、B组、C组、D组,分别在出生后12,24,48,72h进行首次沐浴,比较4组新生儿的体温及皮肤状况。结果沐浴前4组新生儿体温比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);沐浴后30min,4组新生儿体温较沐浴前升高,其中A组与B组、C组与D组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组、B组与C组或D组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。沐浴后,A组、B组、C组皮肤异常事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组、B组、C组与D组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论出生后48h是新生儿的最佳首次沐浴时间,有利于其体温稳定和恢复,保护其皮肤的完整性,降低皮肤异常事件发生风险,保证皮肤健康。
Objective To explore the effect of the first bathing time of newborns on body temperature and skin condition.Methods To select 600 cases of newborns who were born in the obstetrics department of our hospital from August 2017 to September 2018 as the study subjects.They were divided into group A,group B,group C and group D with the same number of patients by random number grouping.The newborns in these four groups took their first bath at the 12th,the 24th,the 48th,and the 72th hour respectively.The body temperature and skin condition of the 4 groups of newborns were compared.Results There was no statistical significance in comparative difference of body temperature between the four groups before bathing(P>0.05).At 30 minutes after bathing,the body temperatures of newborns in the four groups were higher than that before bathing.There was no statistical significance in comparative difference between group A and group B,as well as group C and group D(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in comparative difference between group A,group B and group C or group D(P<0.05).After bathing,there was no statistical significance in comparative difference of incidence of skin abnormal events between group A,group B and group C(P>0.05).There was statistical significance in comparative difference between group A,group B,group C and group D(P<0.05).Conclusion It is the best time for the first bathing of newborns at the 48 hours after birth,which is beneficial to the stability and recovery of body temperature.Moreover,it can protect the integrity of skin,and reduce the risk of skin abnormal events,thus ensuring skin health.
