摘要
基于目前电动汽车电池集成产业的研发与制造现状,阐述了模组(Module)在结构工艺、焊接工艺以及电气安全,电池包(Pack)在冷却系统、实验验证及制造工艺,电池管理系统(BMS)在信号采集精准度以及功能完整性等设计制造过程中具有影响电池系统使用安全的因素,为后续在电池集成系统安全设计与制造工艺的改进提供了相应的参考。
The structural technology, welding technology and electric safety of battery module, the cooling system, experimental verification and manufacturing technique of pack and the signal acquisition accuracy of battery management system were emphasized on design and manufacturing process about the influential factors of the service safety of battery system through the article for the reference about the improvement of the safety design and manufacturing process of battery system, based on the current research and development and manufacturing status of electric vehicle battery integration industry.
