摘要
通过一款船用高压空压机,在进行1000h可靠性试验过程中发生的活塞销座破裂等故障现象,并结合各零部件的损坏状态,深入分析故障产生的主要原因。经现场勘验及对比分析,发现了故障产生的主要诱因,以及其它相关零部件损坏的原因和先后顺序。在分析了主要原因的基础上,提出了解决问题的措施,后经试验验证,证明了解决措施的可行性和正确性。最后分析总结,进一步提出了此类问题优化改进的建议和途径。不断归纳、总结类似的质量问题,为提高零部件的设计水平,尤其为空压机组合气阀的结构优化设计工作提供了参考和方法,具有一定的借鉴意义。
In the paper, the fault phenomenon of the rupture of piston pin seat occurred during the 1000 h reliability test of a marine high-pressure air compressor, and combined with the damage status of each component,the main reason for the fault is analyzed in depth. Through on-site investigation and comparative analysis, the main causes of the failure, as well as the causes and sequence of other related parts damage were found. Based on the analysis of the main reasons, the measures and ways to solve the problems are put forward preliminarily,and the feasibility and correctness of the solution were proved by the test. Finally, the suggestions and ways of optimization and improvement of this kind of problems are put forward. Similar quality problems are constantly summarized which provides a reference and method for improving the design level of components, especially for the structural optimization design of air compressor combination valves, and has certain reference significance.
