摘要
为了提高利用离散元EDEM软件分析混合料搅拌均匀性的准确性,采用EDEM软件模拟沥青混合料搅拌过程,分析了8mm粒径集料含量变异系数变化规律。研究结果表明:随着搅拌时间的延长,不同统计比例和不同取样质量下的8mm粒径集料含量的变异系数均有所下降,并呈负幂函数关系;统计数量越少,8mm粒径集料含量变异系数与时间之间的相关系数越高;对于不同取样质量,划分网格尺寸越小,相关系数越高。
In order to improve the analysis accuracy of stirring uniformity of mixture by using discrete element software EDEM, it was used to simulate the mixing process of asphalt mixture, and the variation law of the coefficient variation of the content of 8 mm aggregate was analyzed. The results show that with the increase of stirring time, the coefficient variation of the content of 8 mm aggregate decreases with different statistical proportions and different sampling quality, and shows a negative power function relationship.The smaller the number of statistics, the higher the correlation coefficient between the coefficient variation of the content of 8 mm aggregate and the time. For different sampling qualities, the smaller the mesh size, the higher the correlation coefficient.
