摘要
日本的博士毕业生面临巨大的就业难问题,该研究利用政府有关部门公开的数据,证明近年来日本博士生应聘高校教师岗位的录用率远低于政府公布的百分之十几。成功应聘高校教师岗位的文科类应届博士毕业生仅为3.7%,理科类毕业生仅为2.5%。本文将分析产生这些差距的原因,并为解决这一问题提出几点建议。
Japanese doctoral graduates are facing great difficulties finding employment. By utilizing the data published by government departments, this study proves that in recent years, the recruitment rate of Japanese doctoral students who applied for jobs as university teachers is much lower than the rates published by the government for other subjects. Only 3.7% of the doctoral graduates in liberal arts and 2.5% in science have applied for the posts of university teachers successfully. This paper briefly analyzes the reason for this gap, and makes some suggestions to solve this problem.
