摘要
以降解法制备的Z-SBA-15为载体,采用浸渍法制备Ce/Z-SBA-15吸附剂。通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、NH3-TPD、Py-FTTR和TG-DTA等表征手段对吸附剂进行分析表征。以脱除模拟柴油中二苯并噻吩的反应为模型反应考察了吸附剂的吸附性能,实验结果表明:在Ce负载量为15%、焙烧温度为550℃、焙烧时间为5h的条件下,Ce/Z-SBA-15吸附剂的脱硫率和吸附硫容量最高;Ce/Z-SBA-15能够很好的保持着Z-SBA-15的结构,并且沸石结构单元的引入提高了其稳定性,从而提高了其再生性能。
Preparation of Ce/Z-SBA-15 adsorbent by impregnation method using Z-SBA-15 prepared by degradation method as carrier.The sorbent was analyzed by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption, NH 3-TPD, Py-FTTR, and TG-DTA. The adsorption reaction performance of the adsorbent was investigated by using a model reaction to remove the simulated reaction of dibenzothiophene in diesel oil, and the optimum preparation conditions of the adsorbent were determined. The experimental results show that the desulfurization rate and the capacity of adsorbed sulfur of Ce/Z-SBA-15 adsorbent are the highest when the Ce loading is 15%, the calcining temperature of the adsorbent is 550 ℃, and the roasting time is 5 hours.The prepared Ce/Z-SBA-15 can maintain the structure of Z-SBA-15 well. The introduction of zeolite structural units improves the stability of the Ce/Z-SBA-15 adsorbent, thus improving its regeneration performance.
