用磁共振影像为膝关节检查者建立膝关节三维有限元模型的效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨用磁共振影像为膝关节检查者建立膝关节三维有限元模型的效果。方法:将在安徽省第二人民医院进行健康体检的1例健康人作为研究对象。采用磁共振影像为该例研究对象建立膝关节三维有限元模型,再使用ANSYS软件对此模型的受力情况进行分析。然后,观察该研究对象膝关节三维有限元模型的受力情况。结果:对该研究对象膝关节各个层面的图像进行加权处理后,其重建后的股骨、膝关节和胫骨的复合体模型上可清晰地显示出其内侧半月板、外侧半月板、股骨软骨层、胫骨软骨层、胫骨上段和股骨下端的具体状况,能够实现对其膝关节形态的真实反映,进而准确地判断出其膝关节的受力状况。结论:用磁共振影像为膝关节检查者建立膝关节三维有限元模型的效果显著,可清晰地显示出其膝关节的受力状况,为临床上诊治膝关节损伤提供准确的参考。
