摘要
对玉米秸秆与聚丙烯进行热重分析,分析了共热解的产物变化规律。结果表明,在热重实验中,玉米秸秆的失重分为水分挥发、半纤维素裂解、纤维素和木质素裂解析出三个阶段,而聚丙烯只有一个明显的失重阶段。共热解的实验中,不同掺混比下,液相产物均先上升后下降,产气率上升,残碳率下降,H_2产率在掺混比(聚丙烯∶玉米秸秆)3∶1时最高,而气体低位热值在掺混比2∶1时最高,在700℃达到最高值38.02 MJ/Nm^3。
The co-pyrolysis experiment of corn straw and polypropylene was studied,and thermogravimetric analysis was carried out on both of them,and the rule of product change of co-pyrolysis was analyzed.The result showed that in the thermogravimetric experiment,the weight loss of corn stalk was divided into water evaporation.Hemicellulose cracking;Cellulose and lignin are separated into three phases,while polypropylene has only one significant phase of weightlessness.Total pyrolysis experiments,liquid product under different blending ratio were down after rising first,gas rate,carbon residue rate drop,H2 yield the highest when the mixing ratio of 3∶1(polypropylene∶corn stalk,the same below),and low heat value gas in the mixing ratio of 2∶1 is highest,in the 700℃maximum 38.02 MJ/Nm^3.
