摘要
创建出新的旅游服务接触点,解决游客与自然景观的接触冲突,进行智能旅游服务终端设计研究;运用服务接触过程分析法,找出游客与自然景观接触的问题点,分析游客潜在需求,并依据完整服务产品的四要素,构建出旅游服务终端系统;构建出“硬件+软件+APP”的设计模式与“互动交流、游客需求、游客个人信息、景区环境”四环节有机结合的完整服务终端系统。智能旅游服务终端,可以有效地解决游客与自然、人文景观的接触冲突,为游客提供新的旅游体验感。
To create a new contact point for tourism service,to solve the conflict between tourists and natural landscape,and to study the terminal design of smart tourism service.Using the service contact process analysis method to find out the problem points of tourists'contact with the natural landscape,analyze the potential demand of tourists,and construct the tourism service terminal system based on the four elements of the complete service product.The design mode of"hardware+software+APP"and the complete service terminal system of"interactive communication,tourist demand,tourist personal information,scenic environment"were established.Conclusion The intelligent tourism service terminal can effectively solve the conflict between tourists and the natural and cultural landscape,and provide tourists with a new sense of tourism experience.
