摘要
为了确定某型号水冷螺旋输送机所输送高温物料的降温效果,利用Fluent软件对其冷却水和高温物料进行了温度场分析。根据数值模拟计算结果,总结出了物料输送量、水流量对高温物料降温效果的影响规律,为该型水冷螺旋输送机的设计提供了理论依据。
Aiming at a type of water-cooled screw conveyor,in order to determine the cooling effect of the high temperature material being transported,the temperature field of cooling water and high temperature materials was analyzed by Fluent software.According to the numerical simulation results,the influence law of material conveying quantity and water flow on the cooling effect of high temperature materials is summarized.It provides a theoretical basis for the design of this type of water-cooled screw conveyor.
